In the process of machining, people play a decisive role. The technical capabilities of management personnel, engineering and technical personnel, engineering maintenance personnel and operators will affect the production efficiency of CNC machine tools. Second, formulate effective tool management measures, such as pre-adjusting the tool to reduce the installation and adjustment time of the tool on the machine tool, and manage the tool through the management system to reduce the errors caused by manual management. In my opinion, in order to improve the efficiency of numerical control processing, it is suggested to set up a numerical control workshop to integrate technicians, production personnel, equipment maintenance personnel and inspection personnel in the same department, which is convenient for unified arrangement and collaborative service in production. The organization includes workshop minister, chief numerical control engineer, production planning and scheduling, numerical control process programmer, tool tooling engineer, equipment maintenance personnel, inspection personnel, numerical control operator, warehouse keeper, etc.

 

The purpose of setting up a numerical control workshop is to centrally manage and move forward the production, expose the factors affecting the efficiency of numerical control processing to the early stage of production as much as possible, do enough preparatory work before production, maximize the proportion of cutting time in the working time of numerical control milling machines, and reduce the waiting time for downtime caused by waiting procedures, waiting for technical processing, waiting for maintenance of machine tools, waiting for measuring tools, waiting for inspection and other reasons.

 

The production process is as follows: the company's production management department issues production tasks → numerical control workshop → minister → chief numerical control engineer (mainly in terms of numerical control technology and quality), production planning and scheduling → numerical control process programmer, tool tooling engineer → numerical control operator → inspector → warehouse keeper, and the production is over. Any link can not be disconnected, otherwise it will inevitably affect the processing efficiency and delay the production cycle. The functions of the chief numerical control engineer: after receiving the task, coordinate the production planning and scheduling to organize the numerical control process programmer and the tool and tooling engineer to do a good job in technical digestion, programming, preparation of tools and tooling fixtures and form technical documents. The function of the tool tooling engineer: prepare the tooling and tools required in the early stage according to the technical requirements and procedures and install them on the corresponding tool handle while measuring the tool length value. Finally, the numerical control operator can start the machine tool to process parts quickly when he gets the task list to receive the parts, drawings, programs, tools and tooling, thus greatly reducing the waiting time for downtime and increasing the proportion of cutting time in the working time of the numerical control milling machine.

 

As long as the above factors that affect the efficiency of CNC machining are optimized or solved, the efficiency of CNC machining will inevitably be greatly improved.
