Release time:

2025/09/12

High-temperature alloys are mainly divided into the following three categories:
1. Nickel-Based Superalloys

Features: Excellent strength, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance at high temperatures. Widely used in aircraft engine turbine blades and gas turbine components.

Common alloys: Inconel, Hastelloy, Nimonic.

2. Iron-Based Superalloys

Features: Low cost, suitable for medium-temperature applications. Primarily used in the manufacture of industrial gas turbines and chemical equipment.

Common alloys: Incoloy, A-286.

3. Cobalt-Based Superalloys

Features: Excellent fatigue and oxidation resistance at high temperatures. Commonly used in the manufacture of high-temperature components for aircraft engines and gas turbines.

Common alloys: Haynes, Stellite.
